Kevin was the General Manager for Healthcare & Life Sciences at Salesforce, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the Health Cloud product lines. His tremendous leadership skills were further recognized when he assumed the role of Chief Customer Officer at Salesforce, where he emphasized the importance of putting customers at the heart of business strategies. Kevin came to Salesforce from Vlocity (a Salesforce acquisition) where he led both the Health and Government businesses. 

Before his role at Salesforce, Kevin held executive leadership positions for health companies ranging from convenient care to health insurance. He also served as the first Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) in the American health insurance industry. With a keen focus on data-driven insights, she orchestrates the collection, analysis, and dissemination of market data to propel Zyter|TruCare to the forefront of the digital health industry.

Natalie also directs the company’s DOD Skillbridge Program, leveraging her expertise to mentor transitioning service members in their professional development journey.  

Prior to this role, Natalie was the VP, Research Director for Healthcare at Forrester, overseeing the vertical’s research agenda planning, content production, and client engagement. She also served as a VP, Principal Analyst at Forrester, assisting healthcare and life sciences organizations in leveraging technology to drive quality healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes.
