Zyter|TruCare is a privately held company headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, with offices worldwide in Jacksonville, Boston, Dallas, Bangalore, and Prague. Zyter|TruCare, or ZTC, unifies two best-in-class healthcare technology platforms: Casenet TruCare and Zyter Health.

This means we focus on driving positive outcomes for our customers who serve populations with increasingly complex healthcare needs. We are enabling intelligent, next-generation managed care models by integrating digital and non-acute care solutions into a coordinated end-to-end offering at an affordable, risk-based price. How did we get here?
Casenet was formed in 1999 to build world-class case management, disease management, and utilization management software solutions for the healthcare industry, eventually becoming TruCare. Casenet emanated from a personal journey as the founder’s Mom (also a case manager) struggled to deliver efficient care. The founders created a system to collate documentation and streamline case management. The solution was subsequently commercialized to bridge the gap in the market. Since then, TruCare has evolved into a population health technology solution used by top health plans that serve the Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial markets.
Zyter Health was founded in 2017 to bring to market a comprehensive range of integrated virtual health products serving both payers and providers that are 5G-ready and HIPAA-compliant. Since its founding, Zyter Health has won over 50 awards, including Best Health Care and Medical Innovation, Company Rethinking of the Year, Company Innovation of the Year, and the Most Innovative Digital Health Start-up.
In 2021, Zyter acquired Casenet. We have worked over the last year to bring our two companies together to create the premier value-based Population Health platform.
