Position Summary
Zyter|TruCare seeks a results-driven and client-focused Senior Client Executive to join our Client Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding key client relationships, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from Zyter|TruCare’s solutions and services. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Success, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving retention and revenue growth by understanding client business needs, addressing challenges, and aligning Zyter|TruCare’s solutions with their strategic goals.
Your role will focus on managing a portfolio of key accounts, overseeing post-sales activities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence. As the Voice of the Client, you will advocate for your clients’ needs within Zyter|TruCare, ensuring their goals and challenges are understood and met across the organization. You will lead efforts to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and continuously enhance client satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline within your assigned territory, executing strategies to meet and exceed quota goals.
- Facilitate client retention by identifying potential risks and developing plans to mitigate those risks effectively.
- Oversee client relationships across your portfolio of accounts, ensuring excellence in solution delivery, ongoing support, and proactive client engagement.
- Develop and execute detailed account plans by leading joint planning with clients to identify their key needs, prioritize initiatives, and create actionable paths for success.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key client personnel, including C-level executives, to align Zyter|TruCare’s solutions with their strategic objectives.
- Serve as a client consultant, understanding their business challenges and mapping Zyter|TruCare’s solution features to address those needs.
- Identify client dissatisfaction and ensure that appropriate resources are deployed to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding client needs, requests, contractual obligations, and any changes necessary to successfully utilize Zyter|TruCare’s solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional Zyter|TruCare personnel to meet account performance objectives, ensuring all stakeholders are accountable for timely and quality delivery.
- Support the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams by providing relevant account insights to inform Zyter|TruCare’s business development and product direction.
- Work remotely or from the Zyter|TruCare corporate office in Rockville, MD, with up to 25% travel as required.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of client/account management experience in healthcare and/or enterprise software development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of account planning, budgeting, project management, and negotiation principles.
- Proven competency in strategic thinking, planning, and leadership
- Strong ability to exercise “risk awareness” and take proactive measures to reduce unforeseen challenges. Ability to share best practices in relationship management, consultative approaches, and client engagement across operations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings confidently and credibly. The ability to understand and comfortably speak to both clinical and technical concepts is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive client retention and achieve revenue goals within a portfolio of clients.
