Position Summary
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Software Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will drive sales and revenue growth for our value-based healthcare software solutions. The Ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare software sales, specifically in the provider and payer space, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence(s) to deliver new Pipeline every week.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports using HubSpot.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare software sales
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling healthcare software solutions such as Case Management (CM), Utilization Management (UM), Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management (PM), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Population Health Management (PHM) systems
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends (specifically value-based care), regulations and compliance standards
- Experience working with healthcare providers and/or payers
