Position Summary
Zyter|TruCare is seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Sales Director to join our sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving revenue and expanding our footprint within the healthcare technology market. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new business and expand market share among provider and payer organizations. Your focus will be on securing "must-have" logos, leveraging Zyter|TruCare’s strategic approach to the market, regional opportunities, and industry dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, specifically focusing on high-value accounts within the provider and payer segments.
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue “must-have” logos to build a robust sales pipeline and drive new business growth.
- Leverage market analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
New Business Development and Account Growth
- Drive new business by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients, attending key industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build a strong presence and pipeline.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with Zyter|TruCare’s business objectives, contributing to sustained revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop customized proposals and solutions that address the unique challenges and goals of each prospective client, reinforcing Zyter|TruCare’s position as a market leader.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and strategic input to the Vice President of Sales, focusing on sales performance, pipeline status, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate record of sales activities and provide reliable sales forecast.
Travel and Industry Engagement
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to travel up to 40-60% of the time to meet with clients/prospects, attend conferences, and represent Zyter|TruCare at industry events and forums.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in healthcare technology SaaS products and services, with a successful record of accomplishment of selling to C-level executives.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a complex, high-velocity environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology solutions, Case Management, Utilization Management, value-based care models, and the regulatory landscape.
- Highly self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HubSpot Sales Hub for effective pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling complex healthcare software solutions such as Case Management (CM), Utilization Management (UM), or Population Health Management (PHM) systems.
- Strong familiarity with healthcare industry trends, particularly value-based care, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Established network and strong relationships within the healthcare provider and payer markets.
