Louis Celli was previously the Executive Director of The American Legion’s Washington D.C. based headquarters, and lead staff operations for the Legion’s; National Security, Veterans Affairs, Legislative, Veterans Employment, Education, and Entrepreneurship divisions. He also served as the principal spokesperson for more than two million members and over 13 thousand posts before; Congress, the White House, Department of Veterans Affairs, The Department of Defense, The State Department, The Department of Labor, and the Small Business Administration; and manages an annual budget of over 10 million dollars.
Mr. Celli testified regularly before congress and has assisted with legislative language on hundreds of bills, as well as several important pieces of legislation that have been signed into law. He has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, NPR, and was frequently quoted in print and online media, and met regularly with senior White House officials to discuss national policy issues.
In 2012, Louis Celli joined The American Legion as their senior lobbyist and Legislative Director. In 2014 he was appointed by the National Commander to serve as Director of the Veterans Affairs and Rehabilitation division, where he led a fulltime staff of 50 highly trained specialists in 6 different states managing and creating programs that work within all 1,700 VA hospital and clinics, 56 VA regional offices, and over 100 VA cemeteries, as well as Arlington National Cemetery.
Following his 22 year career in the United States Army, Master Sergeant Celli spent 10 years training and helping veterans start and grow their own businesses. As CEO of the Boston based Northeast Veterans Business Resource Center, Mr. Celli raised over a million dollars in grant money, trained thousands of veterans, and helped countless veteran-owned businesses as they worked to navigate the federal procurement process.
Mr. Celli is the 2016 recipient of the National American Legion Press Association President’s Merit Award and was recognized as a 2016 HillVets Top 100 Veteran Influencers in Washington D.C. and was the 2005 Small Business Administration’s Massachusetts and New England Veterans Small Business Champion of the year.
Louis is a graduate of Harvard University, a native of Boston, Massachusetts, attended the Northeast Regional Police Institute and was a Sergeant in the Middlesex County Reserve Deputy Sheriff’s office before moving to Washington D.C..
As head of Innovation and Digital Transformation at Zyter, Bob is responsible for driving growth across new industries while overseeing development of new product and service offerings. He also plays a critical role in supporting the organizational strategy pushing the boundaries on how to operate efficiently and effectively.
Under Bob’s leadership the company added Transportation as an industry vertical which has Amtrak and Brightline as marquee clients. Creation of the Transportation vertical has enabled Zyter to become part of the Smart Cities movement, now expanding product innovation to Mobility as a Service. Bob has also led the launch of a Emergency Evacuation software, the next generation of safety management technology powered by the Zyter platform helping companies, universities, and cities safely navigate out of emergency situations.
Prior to this role Bob’s 30-year career was spent in executive leadership roles with Amtrak, Cisco Systems and Walt Disney World. He has been focused on architecting businesses to effectively manage technology portfolios and spend. Bob continues to strategically develop next generation products and services to support business growth and transformation.
Bob is a veteran of the United States Air Force serving for 5 years in the Electronic Security Command.
Philip Fasano was an executive vice president and chief information officer at American International Group (AIG).Formerly he served as executive vice president and chief information officer at Kaiser Permanente. In addition, Fasano also served in IT leadership roles at Capital One Financial, JP Morgan Chase, and Deutsche Financial Services, among others.
In 2017, Fasano was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame, a special career recognition bestowed by CIO Magazine, the executive-level tech media brand providing insight into business technology leadership, as a CIO whose outstanding work has shown both creative vision and practical leadership in information technology. While Fasano served as an executive vice president and chief information officer at Kaiser Permanente, he was also honored as Health Information Technology Man of the Year as part of Healthcare IT News’ second annual Health IT Men and Women Awards. He is the author of Transforming Health Care: The Financial Impact of Technology, Electronic Tools and Data Mining. Fasano served on the Board of Trustees at the New York Institute of Technology.

Sanjay Govil is an American Entrepreneur, Business leader and Philanthropist having founded multiple successful businesses in the United States of America. Govil earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University (Yes, Sanjay is an avid football fan, War Eagle!!), his Masters degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University and also earned a degree in Advanced Management Program from Wharton School of Business.
Known for his passion for education, academics and business, Govil currently serves on the Graduate Board and is also a part of the Wharton Fellows program. He is also a member of the Global CEO Advisory Council for the Wharton Fellows program and on the Board of Directors for the Future of Advertising Project.
Govil is a big supporter of the United States Armed Forces and the Veteran community and has been recognized by the DoD for his support. Sanjay was awarded a special award by DoD for his service to the country and our troops.

Sanjesh has more than 21 years of software engineering and strategic IT experience. He is an alumnus of the renowned Anna University in Chennai, where he did his post graduation in Computer Science.
Mr. Harish Pai is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer for Business Technology Solutions. He is responsible for technology, Centers of Excellence, Architecture and Business Solutions. Over the last 22 years, Mr. Pai worked with global technology companies and System Integrators including Microsoft, Satyam Computers and NIIT. Mr. Pai comes with a strong background in technology consulting, conceptualizing IT solutions to business issues with experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail and Public Sector.
Over the past several years, Mr. Pai has been responsible for architecting Infinite’s Industry Platform Solutions vision that will drive business transformation for our customers. Mr. Pai has helped conceptualize Infinite’s Platformization strategy aiming to provide productized Software-as-a-service multi-tenant solutions to specific industry segments drastically reducing costs while providing the competitive edge with a much faster go-to-market strategy. To that effect, Mr. Pai has been responsible for setting up focused Centers of Excellence that drive Infinite’s Service Offerings across several key areas including Healthcare, Analytics, Mobility, Service oriented Architecture, Quality Assurance and Agile Development.
Significant contributions of Mr. Pai several successful Enterprise Consulting engagements including leading a large team that defined the Enterprise Architecture for Federal Agency Integration Strategy for a large South Asian Country, Large retail eCommerce portals and Outcome based solutions for large Healthcare organizations.
Mr. Pai has extensive background of transformational offshoring/outsourcing, and services delivery across Application Development & Maintenance, Production Support, QA, Infrastructure Management and legacy modernization. Mr. Pai holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications.
Samir Mehta, has joined us as the Vice President of Zyter Sales starting July 15th, 2019. Prior to joining us Samir was the Director of Healthcare Solutions and Services at NTT Data’s Healthcare and Life Sciences business unit for over 6 years. He was responsible for the management of enterprise wide Epic and Meditech Cloud deployment and operations business for some of the largest Integrated Health Systems. As a Customer Executive he led complete programs of migrating the health system to the private cloud, hosting the enterprise wide clinical systems, building the Disaster Recover/Business Continuity strategy and leading the service delivery operations.
Through his tenure at NTT Data (formerly Dell Healthcare Services) he held other positions where he led a team of Sales Executives and Solution Leaders, developing provider solutions and service strategies, driving sales for a large portfolio of services including Revenue Cycle, Data Analytics, Population Health Mangement, Clinical Cloud, Patient engagement and Care Coordination. He collaborated with strategic customers and solution Practice leaders to develop innovative solutions and services for driving competitive advantage through digital transformation.
Samir has over 22 years of IT solution and services experience with a strong background in Healthcare, Life sciences, Medical devices and other industries. He has led sales teams and solution delivery organizations throughout his career. His expertise is in consultative solution and services sales through customer and partner collaboration.
Other leadership positions he has held include Director of Business Develoment at Dell Healthcare Services and VP of Sales and Solution Delivery with premiere ERP Consulting firms like SEAL Consulting and KPMG.
Samir has an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia and Executive Leadership Strategy training from the Harvard School of Public Health and Wharton (Univ. of Pennsylvania). He has also earned his CPHIMS credentials.
He has been an active member of local HIMSS chapter for over 10 years.
Samir has also had teaching engagements at Temple University – Health Information Professions Program (HIP) and Fox Chase Cancer Center – MS in Health Informatics.
He lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife Rupali and two boys ages 19 (Yash) and 15 (Ansh).
When he is not working he enjoys playing badminton, hiking, swimming, scuba diving and volunteering at local organizations.
